The attention it still takes

What it is

Roughly how many hours a month the product still needs from you.

Why it matters

A product is meant to cut the link between your hours and your income. Often it does not. Packing. Replying. Chasing suppliers. Count the hours and you find out which one you own. A product, or a job that sells objects.

The method

Estimate the monthly hours honestly. If the total is close to a full working week, this line is not yet doing what a product is supposed to do.

Example

Adeel spends about 60 hours a month on his. PKR 69,000 across 60 hours is PKR 1,150 an hour. That is good. It is better to know it than to assume it.
