What one hour actually earned

What it is: Everything that came in, divided by every hour it took. One number, and almost nobody has ever worked out theirs.
Why it matters: Every decision you make prices your hour: whether to take the job, whether to keep the client, whether the side project is worth the evening. Price the hour wrong and every decision after it is wrong too.
The method: Income divided by hours. That is all. The care goes into the two numbers, not the division — count every hour, including the ones nobody paid for.
Example: PKR 84,000 a month across 240 real hours is PKR 350 an hour. The same pay across the 176 contracted hours reads PKR 477. The job did not change. Only the honesty did.
